Earl Woods Scholar Program | Recommender Form

The Earl Woods Scholar Program was created in 2006 to honor the vision and spirit of Earl Woods, Tiger’s father and mentor, and continue his legacy of sharing and caring.

TGR Foundation empowers youth to pursue their passions through education. The Earl Woods Scholar Program provides students an unparalleled network, admissions and career counseling, financial assistance, dedicated mentors, specialized internships and vital workshops. Our 12th grade program model aims to help high-achieving high school students who demonstrate financial need, show a commitment to community service and have plans to enroll full-time in an accredited four-year university in the United States in the upcoming academic year.

The student named below is applying for acceptance into the Earl Woods Scholar Program through TGR Foundation – A Tiger Woods Charity. This recommendation is a critical component in our decision-making process. Please respond to the following questions as completely and succinctly as possible.
